Air-activated Zone Control Kit solenoids receive a compressed air signal from the controller to activate the flow of compressed air and chemical solution to the foggers.
When fogging is finished, a Bleed Tank Assembly keeps the air line open momentarily to clear residual chemical solution from fogger heads to prevent dripping after the solution flow is deactivated.
Pre-diluted (or ready-to-use) chemical can be pumped from any tank, or diluted on demand with a water-driven dosing proportioner (Dosatron, Mix-Rite, etc.)

Pump Fed Fogger
Pump Fed Foggers receive ready-to-use chemical solution from a central pump system. Compressed air atomizes the chemical solution and projects damp or dry chemical mist in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 8 directions.

Pump Fed Fogger Zone Control Kits are used in conjunction with a PLC Vision Controller to operate Pump Fed Foggers in multiple zones.

Metered Bleed Assembly #950852
The Metered Bleed Assembly provides a controlled relief outlet for pressure from chemical gasses and related dripping when fogging with off-gassing chemicals (for example, peracetic acid).
Each fogger zone should be equipped with a Metered Bleed Assembly. It should be installed downstream of the in-line Pump Fed Fogger Zone Control Kit.

Chemical Dilution, Pumping, and Control Mechanisms
- Dilute chemical on demand with a Level Master and/or pump ready-to-use chemical solution to foggers using FPS Chemical Feed System. Shown below.
- Dilute chemical with a water-driven dosing proportioner (Dosatron, Mix-Rite, etc.) mounted to a Dosing Panel. Shown above.
Regardless of dilution method, the typical chemical solution pressure delivered to foggers is 10-20 PSI.

Choose a controller based on the number of zones, desired programming ability, and maximum air CFM rating.
Pump Fed Fogger Zone Control Kits are required to receive a pilot air signal from the Controller (see Zone Control Kits above).
Single Zone Controllers
- Simple timers with optional recycling and delay functions.
- A solenoid controls airflow to activate foggers simultaneously.
- PLC Jazz models offer more flexible programming options.
NOTE: Single zone controllers are ideal for Venturi Fogger setups where only a few foggers are involved. Multi-zone arrangements are far more common for Pump Fed Foggers.
